Morning Coffee Joy

This is one of my newest food addictions.  Every day I start with a butter and coconut oil coffee.  It took a lot of convincing to get me to try this and now I have a little sook on the inside if I don't get one.  

330ml french press coffee
1 tbs unsalted butter
1 tbs coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract or a cube of dark chocolate

Into the bullet blender and then into my cup for instant joy.  Play with the flavours and make them your own. This fuels my training and anything else I need to get done in the morning before I make a cooked breakfast around 10am-11am.
