This soup is sensational for any season and any time of day. Resist the urge to over emphasise any of the herbs and spices. The flavours should subtly blend, delivering a delicious and rewarding taste sensation. And yes of course it's simple to make.
If you want to do something that will instantly improve the quality of your life, start making your own bread. It is therapy in a flour-filled bowl.
It took a lot of convincing to get me to try this and now I have a little sook on the inside if I don't get one.
